Objective
Bachelor in Jewellery Design & Management BBA (JDM) is a professional course in which the students are given all relevant inputs to make them successful entrepreneurs /efficient executives in Jewellery industry. In addition to the knowledge on basic Management subjects like Business communication, Accounting, Business Economics and Computer Applications the students are imparted practical training in Gemmology, Jewellery designing and Manufacturing Techniques. They are also exposed to the latest technology like CAD/CAM techniques in Jewellery Design & Manufacturing.To make our students acquire the competence to handle the executive assignments after graduation they are sent to well established Jewellery enterprises for six months practical / on the job training during their final semester. The training in Management as well as Jewellery Design & Manufacturing imparted to the students also give them enough confidence to start / develop their own enterprise in Jewellery sector.
The BBA (JDM) graduates from this university are eligible to persue their higher studies, like MBA course.
